Multiple issues with this property, certainly not worth 700/night all in.1) the windows were filthy, obstructing the ā€œmoneyā€ view,2) badly maintained and rusty grill, with a propane tank so rusted out it looks dangerous,3) communication with the property manager was slow and very ā€œbot-likeā€,4) dusty furnishings, like the fake tree next to the bed,5) torn screen door off the master bedroom,You get the idea.

Game room filthy, spiders and rodent droppings obviously had not been cleaned in months! and all games inoperable!! No stunning views due to filthy windows!! Fireplace inoperable!! Jacuzzi inoperable! Keurig had mold in water and did not work!! Had 1 kitchen towel for use and it stunk!! I have requested compensation/reimbursement for the false advertisement on the listing, especially due to the unusable ā€œgame roomā€, having to personally clean the windows we could reach just to be able to see the lagoon, no use of the fireplace or the jacuzzi!!! The beds were adequate, the WiFi worked well as did the tv and the kitchen appliances.

The accommodation was great, the only issues were the sugar ants in kitchen and dining area, obviously continued problem as there were ant traps placed all around. The deck railing was a safety concern and the game room was not up to level of satisfaction, or in working order. Yes we would book this house again in the future hopefully the few issues can be resolved.

The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for the long weekend! Communication with the property management team was seamless. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Has everything required for an adult getaway or a family with small children. We hope to visit again soon!

The house was beautiful, the family enjoyed the close access to the beach, and the amazing views. The rooms were all very comfortable, and the grandkids loved the game room.

This property was in a great location and the living and kitchen area were great. The arrangement of the beds was odd with a be set up by the living area with an open space. The two disappointing things were the fireplace being out of order and the game room was very unkept. Area was dirty and the Ping-Pong table was old with only one good ball. And that ball we found on the ground in the corner of the room. They were disappointing because that was what was the draw in the photos when we rented the house.

I loved the kitchen. It was very well stocked, large, beautiful, and had wonderful views. The dining table fit our whole group and was very nice for meals. The TV area was cozy and had a mini bar area. The master bedroom had an amazing soaking tub with jets that actually helped a sore muscle. The master shower had a sauna feature! The beds were super comfy. The location is perfect for exploring the best of Bandon. Now for the other stuff. The TV room only seats 4-5 people but thats fine as maybe TV shouldnt be a thing on vacation! The game room was not functional but a huge highlight in the posting and somwthing the kids were looking forward too. The shuffle board was warped, wet and rusted, you could not play the game at all. The fooseball table was rusted to the point that you could not play that either. The air hockey table was not working. Ping pong table looked fine but the game room is the garage and the garage was not welcoming. It was full of spiders. Like enough spiders that you can guess that the garage had not been cleaned in years. The master bathroom has no door from the room to the toilet/tub/shower. The shower door didnt shut all the way. The The second bedroom was open to thw living, you could see into room but hear everything so difficult if you wanted to go to bed but others were up watching TV. The dishwasher was not great, we handwashed every thing. The BBQ didnt work the yard had sticker bushes that was rough on the furbaby paws.

Everything was fabulous, as expected. A few little negatives - windows were dirty, master shower gadgets are hanging loose, towel rack in second bathroom is broken, curtains in master bedroom are falling off. Otherwise just wonderful.

This house was in a great location with a small beach. We saw seals, pelicans, and other birds in the calm waters. It was only my adult son and I as our friend had to cancel ahead of time. The house was huge for two people but would be a wonderful space for a family. We couldn't find a switch for the fireplace so we do not know if it works. It was plenty warm in the house even with the large uncovered windows. The shared bathroom shower enclosure was about the size of a telephone booth so would be tight for an above average size person. It also needs a heavier curtain or blinds as it faces windows on the house to the west and I felt a little exposed taking a shower at night. The towel bars are not sturdy enough as one end falls out when you remove your towel. I left a note that the front bedroom door scrapes the floor and needs to be shaved off or rehung. Also that the towel ring in the hall bath fell out of the wall the day we left. It was a fun trip and we enjoyed the house very much.

We were very disappointed with our stay. There was a terrible ant problem. There was no where to store our food to keep the ants away, they were all over the dishes and cookware. They knew there was an ant problem, because there were ant traps that did not work. We were very disappointed with the amount of money we paid due to the stress of having to clean the dishes and cookware before we could use it. There wasnt a house book to give instructions for fireplace, Steam shower etc. That would have been helpful.

The location was great! You could see the waves crashing on the jetty and had an amazing view of the bay. The kitchen has everything we needed. The only thing we were bummed about was that the fireplace was out of commission which was one of the reasons we choose this house. Overall it was a great stay!

Nice house that has been recently upgraded with big range, new flat screens through out. Great location over looking the river and tide flats. Lots of harbor seals, shore birds and sea gulls. Well furnished with comfortable chairs and couches. Could use a couple Moore deck chairs for the spacious deck.

The property was fantastic. We has a blast with all of the games in the garage, daily walks on the beach, crabbing, and restaurants. Would go back there in a heart beat. The only recommendation for the property would be some kind of sun shield for the k itches and dining area, because it was so warm when the sun came in the mornings. It blinded people when we tried to eat breakfast as well, but other than that it was great. Great amount of spices and coffee accompaniments as well.
