Hotel très accuillant, un excellent séjour
Chambre spacieuse, propre, très calme. Personnel de la réception très gentil, serviable et parlant bien anglais. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et il y en a pour tous les gouts. Le restaurant est bien. Le tout a un prix très raisonnable. Bref une excellente adresse pour un séjour à Bandung.

Not far from the airport
When we arrived we were given a dark room with a terrible smell and when I asked if we were brought into a smoking room the bell boy replied me that there is no smoking room in this hotel. I asked him if we could change into another room non smelly, the bell boy contacted the receptionist to ask it for me and then after a few minutes we were upgraded into a bigger and cleaner room. Good service overall especially to the bellboy of this hotel, thank you.

次も泊まるかも
安い。バスタブある。朝ごはん美味しい。従業員の女の子がかわいい。部屋の中に壊れてる箇所がない。クリーニングはちょい高め。近所に遅くまで開いてるバーがあるので、歩いても酒を買いに行ける。ホテルへの評価ではないですが、コロナ対策の為、夜7時になると市内の所々の道路が封鎖される。なかなかホテルまで辿り着けないのがイラっとします。

安心感を持てる四つ星ホテル
まさにインドネシアでの新型コロナウイルス対策の渦中に宿泊しました。ホテルの入り口及びレセプション手前での体温測定、また簡易除菌室で殺菌した後の入場など、この時期での安心感を得られました。翌朝は時間前にもかかわらず、朝食を作って頂き、サービスの良さに感動しました。これからも、バンドゥンでの定宿にしたいと思うホテルです。

Actually I want to give it Full star but theres something I'm not understand from fungtionality of Online Booking either straight from Accor group website or Hotel.com, I was booking far away before day I should check in thru hotel.com , room Non smoking and paid, but when my wife check in front desk said the room are not avaible ,even the person in front desk must check again the booking that I Made, back and forward, and end up with room in the smoking floor. Like or this like we accept that room even I respect they service to over us Spray and clean odor on the room. They said they can't find us the room in non smoking area because they had big group, it should be a problem because we book the hotel far away before our date. Basically this hotel have nice location, hotel staff nice, variety food in the break fast

The staffs were friendly and approachable, service was good. However, this hotel seems to be near a mosque which affects our sleep as it was loud and clear when they do their prayers during midnight.

Family friendly hotel, equipped with kids activities such as hand painting,also they have a unique check in counter for kids. Wide spread of breakfast, staffs were all friendly & helpful. Fast room service. Complimentary iron service due to inavailability of iron board. Highly recommended.

도착하는 날부터 출발해서 오는 날까지 4박5일을 머무는 동안 아침식사도 다양한 종류의 음식이 나와 맛나게 먹어 하루 종일 업무를 하는데 부족함이 없었어요. 영어로 대화가 가능한 직원들이라 불편함도 없이 잘 지내다가 왔습니다.

Location is good. Istana Plaza Mall about 700 m to go if like to eat at mall nearby or Bandung Indah Plaza Mall less than 1km. The breakfast is nice and staff quite efficient. The only bad experience is after long trip and decided to eat at hotel restaurant. The mee gorang is not hot at all when my wife ate. She told me not warm too, but just finished it since hungry and want quickly go up room to rest. I feed back to the staff whom serve us,but we too tired continue and pay quickly go up the room. Room is quite spacey, but lack of those power switch for 3 pin plug. Overall okay.
