Excellent location, right in the city centre and directly by the sea

The rooms and hotel interior were nice, but the hotel is new and not yet ready to receive guests. The rooms had a sewage smell, the air conditioning did not work properly at night, and the electricity kept going on and off. The internet was also not working on the first day. Some staff members were extremely kind and helpful, especially with arranging taxis, and they tried to compensate us for the inconveniences. However, others seemed indifferent to our complaints.

Die Unterkunft war außergewöhnlich schön. Das Apartment war geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Das Personal war immer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück bot erwas für jeden Geschmack. Zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen.

False ADVERTISING ! Don't use The Waikiki Beach Resort Pictures thats disgraceful and misleading! Make a nice entrance to the apartments and take a picture of that. Explain how close and far the apartments are from the actual beach and food place. I was not happy that even though the apartments are opposite about 3mins from the beach please stop using the picture of those beach day beds as if thats what people see when they are at the apartments. The apartments are wedged between a house and very nice restaurant called Rustico meaning you open your window and you are facing a car park and lane that leads to the beach. This was so disappointing! It does not help that if you order with breakfast you have to walk about 6minutes to the Waikiki Beach Resort. They will NOT allow you to sit on the day beds , without paying 20Euro per day per bed and 5Euro for each umbrella. In most hotels this is complimentary for hotel residents. The apartments are not half bad but please let residents know there might be a power cut so they get prepared. Thanks for the emergency light, it helped to keep us calm. Always start sending messages to the residents and don't wait for us to hunt for you. Please check on the furniture and keep it international standard please, ripped sofas don't give a good look. The room was okay in terms of size , it had a little balcony with chairs , table and a washing line, that was good! It has a little kitchenette & in the apartment.

Great place! Best gym of any hotel I stayed at!! Don’t skip it! Also the spa and massages are first class! Book a massage with Milan! He is the best. Highly recommend this hotel. Only surprised about the extra charge for an extra egg for breakfast 😅
