This VRBO was true to its description—cozy, but with integrity and comfort for two people. It had ample space, all the essentials, and was in an excellent location close to town. I would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed for the two of us and nothing more. The only problem was that our complaint of a trilling alarm which was inside of a locked cabinet was not acted upon for 2 days. We finally called the emergency number and were given the combination for the lock.

The unit was clean and provided all we need. Great shower, which isn't something usual for my VRBO experience. Absolutely no complaints, but the best part of all is how close it is to everything! A short drive to Acadia for awesome hiking and perfect walking distance to everything Bar Harbor has to offer. I did have a question during our stay, which I messaged through the VRBO app and received a response very quickly. Great place!!

This is a cozy quaint apartment in a quiet neighborhood, an ideal stay for two at a very convenient location for travelers visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The apartment is very tastefully decorated in a retro style and has all the basic utilities and nice balcony/patio for relaxation. Cleanliness is A. A quick walking distance from downtown bar harbor, restaurants, grocery and also super short drive from Acadia National Park. Much recommended stay!

We had a great stay. The property is just right I size and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We walked to restaurants, the local Hannaford grocery store and sites. The tip to stop in Ellsworth for provisions on the way to Mt Desert Island was a good tip provided by the property manager. The apartment could have used measuring cups, mixing bowls and it would have been nice to know there is no oven. Having coffee provided was nice. We would stay here again!

We looked at a million places before booking Inspiration Point. Initially we wanted to book something somewhere in more of a woodsy area a little hesitant to book in a residential area. We were very happy with our choice. The location could not have been more perfect. We walked everywhere in town and did not need to deal with the hassle of parking. Acadia National Park sites are a few minutes away. We could easily go somewhere in the morning and come back and walk somewhere else in the afternoon without constantly having to plan how we were going to get places. The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed. The area was very quiet, I sometimes wondered if the neighbors were even home. The check in and check out process was very easy as well as communication with the host. We would highly recommend staying here. We had a great time!

This was a great place to stay. Clean and functional, perfect for two to stay. Walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor was great, as we walked to restaurants and shops. Close to much of Acadia as well. The full kitchen allowed us to prep meals for hiking. Overall a nice, quiet place.

This being a first time in Bar Harbor for both my mother and I staying at this Vrbo was a great choice. Within walking distance to the harbor and very clean and so well decorated. Access was also very easy. We had just about every thing we needed.. better than a hotel :)

This is a very sweet apartment that is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, private and with all needed amenities for 2 people. The location is perfect for walking around town and close to so many trails and carriage paths of Acadia. The property owner was prompt with replies to any questions/concerns we had. It's been over a week since we checked out, and we are still talking to anyone who will listen about how much we enjoyed our stay at Inspiration Point in Bar Harbor! Patrick has truly thought of everything in this adorable flat, from the cozy blankets and bedding down to the zip lock bags in the kitchen which came in so handy when packing for hiking! Bar Harbor was a bit crowded when we were there, and we were a bit exhausted most nights so having a grill and a fully functioning kitchen really came in handy. The apartment is in a peaceful quiet neighborhood but only a couple of blocks from the main drag. Also - people don't snooze on Pat's Pizza! We did carry out from there two nights and leftover slices wrapped in foil (generously supplied by Patrick) make an outstanding trail lunch. We can't wait to come back.

The property is just what you would in a VRBO. Perfect for 2 people and walking to Bar Harbor, short drive to Acadia National Park. It was clean and all the amenities you need. I would recommend this unit.
