„Nice place to stay. Plenty of room for 10 people (we had 6 but plenty of other room). Right on water with boat slip and fire pit. (But I would recommend thermacells or bug spray)“

„We enjoyed the use of the house and its close proximity to all things New Orleans. The shared wall is rather thin and we could hear the neighbors dog every time it got the zoomies, but other than that it was absolutely everything we expected and more! It was so convenient having access to a washer and dryer. “

„Clean, cute upper level apartment in a great location right next to the greenbelt walking path. We walked back and forth to my sister’s apt each day - stopping for coffee along the way.The host was VERY responsive for any questions or needs. The outer gate didn’t work 1 morning because the battery had died and he had the manager there within an hour to get it fixed. „This property was incredibly relaxing to come home to after busy days of being out visiting friends and family. The beds are super comfy, and it was easy to want to stay and read a book on the front porch. We loved the kitchen and had a blast making breakfast there every morning. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. The art and decor all around the property made the stay even more interesting! We will definitely be back!“

„The check in process was easy -- and I was grateful it was ready when I landed at noon -- and the property manager was super responsive when we had a maintenance issue. They sent an efficient, kind handyman to fix it within the hour. The property itself is clean and well maintained. NoLA is a beautiful, complicated place and this neighborhood is rapidly gentrifying.
