« I had to wait for about 5-10 minute before someone showed up at the desk for me to check in. Once I got into my room, and put my bags down, I had to use the restroom and was shocked when the door hit the lid for the toilet when I opened the door. The last thing for me was the hot tub, so much chlorine I could only sit in it for 5 minute because my eyes were burning. On the positive the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was really conveniently situated to the freeway. »

« The three beds were comfortable and spacious. However, only the side with one bed had a TV, so my kids, who were on the side with two beds, had no TV. There was also a broken charger stuck in a power outlet, which felt unsafe, and the bathroom didn’t feel very clean. Overall, decent stay, but these issues need attention. »

« No elevator. Had 75 year aunt with me and it was very difficult carrying our luggage upstairs. No offer from staff for a bottom floor. »

« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »

« This is limited ressource hôtel but we get everything needed and room are cleaned and quiet ! This is good budget/confort hotel for business trip, I will go there again. Front desk people are nice and responsive to the needs of guest ! »

« Someone entered our room when we were not there. They left an empty soda bottle in the waste basket. I knew that someone was there the minute I walked in the room. We left our sign out on the door to leave our room as it was. »

« Sunday night rate was under $80. Great location. Clean grounds, facilities and room. Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast is free and good. Quiet though busy. It is our go to hotel when passing through Boise. »

« Coffee pot still had water in it, my bed had men’s or pet hair all in the sheets, close to a bar so every single night people screaming at the top of there lungs, so I would not recommend if you have young children with you. »

« The stay at this hotel was amazing. Even though it was cold the hot tub was amazing with the heated pool and the have towels for you down at the pool. The bedroom was also so nice. Would love to stay again! »
