« This was a great experience, I am finishing my second masters and this was a great place to be while working at University of Durham. If I had known it was so nice, I would’ve booked a longer stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I set off the fire alarm using the toaster and they were very patient with me. It was a little warm the only thing that could be a benefit is a fan. »

« Amazing property . Loved the carved wood ceilings and wood panelled walls not to mention the secret door. Never seen so many books outside a library. unfortunately didn’t stay long enough to read any. Also a vast selection of DVDs. The communal lounge was magnificent, we didn’t use it but were very impressed. The rest of our accommodation housed everything we needed and was clean and functional. « Very helpful, we were going to be later than anticipated arriving, phoned to let them know, they reassured us it was no problem, everything was ready for our stay. Check-in at the bar was easy, staff showed us to our studio, staff very cheerful. Food in the pub was great, not just pub grub. Only downside, studio was small. »

« Stayed in the Wolsey apartment at the rear of the building. Instructions sent didn't state this and we were left wandering up and down the three floors of the main building looking for the apartment. In the end we had to call customer service for the correct location. The apartment was nice, clean and in a good location. However, the 5 spaces for parking were right outside the front door of the apartment. Although it stated free parking it was roulette trying to get a space. I don't know if...
