Mornings start slowly here — coffee at the long table, the light that only reaches this side of the Cape. Two kings and three queens mean every couple has a door to close. The bunk room takes care of the rest.

Evenings end in the hot tub, on a street with no through traffic.

The Space:

Designed for comfort and ease, this expansive Cape Cod home provides ample space for fourteen guests to relax and reconnect. The interior features a thoughtful layout across six private bedrooms, including two suites with king beds, three rooms with queen beds, and a versatile bunk room that is perfect for younger guests. The living areas are anchored by a long dining table, ideal for slow mornings and shared meals, while the well equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare family feasts. Outside, the property offers a peaceful retreat with a private hot tub, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and a relaxing hammock. Three full bathrooms and one half bathroom ensure convenience for everyone during their stay. Guests will also appreciate the laptop friendly workspace, children amenities like a high chair and travel crib, and the quiet neighborhood setting.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have exclusive and private access to the entire home and its surrounding grounds. This includes all six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bathroom, and the fully equipped kitchen and dining areas. Outside, you are free to enjoy the private backyard oasis, which features a relaxing hot tub, a fire pit, and a hammock for your leisure. Guests also have full use of the laundry facilities with a washer and dryer, complimentary parking on the premises, and high speed wireless internet throughout the property.

Nestled in a quiet Yarmouth Port neighborhood with no through traffic, our home offers the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and coastal charm. You are just a short drive from the historic Route 6A, famous for its quaint antique shops, local galleries, and quintessential Cape Cod scenery. For nature lovers, the stunning Bass Hole boardwalk is nearby, offering breathtaking sunset views over the salt marshes. When you are ready to explore further, the island ferries are an easy fifteen minute drive away. Whether you are looking to browse local boutiques, enjoy a scenic walk along the water, or simply relax in our quiet street setting, this location serves as an ideal home base for your family getaway.



Getting Around:

Getting here is simple and stress free. We provide complimentary parking on the premises for your convenience, which is the best way to explore the beautiful Cape Cod area at your own pace. For those arriving by air, Barnstable Municipal Airport is the closest gateway, located about a fifteen minute drive away. If you are planning a trip to the islands, the ferry terminals are also just a quick fifteen minute drive from our front door. While the area is best enjoyed by car, local taxi services and ride sharing options are available for your travel needs.

House Rules:



• No parties or events.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (neighborhood policy).

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Hot tub must be used responsibly — no glass near the tub.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the bunk room and outdoors.

• Pets: (Communicate with the host if pets are allowed and will be adjusted).

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin.

• Check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise approved.





Hot Tub Instructions



We’re delighted to provide a private hot tub for your enjoyment! To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, please follow these guidelines:



Using the Hot Tub



Remove the cover carefully and place it on the holder/stand provided. Please do not leave it on the ground.



Before entering, rinse off in the outdoor shower to keep the water clean.



Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes at a time, and stay hydrated.



Maximum of 4–6 guests in the tub at once (depending on size).



After Use



Replace and secure the cover tightly to keep the heat in and prevent debris from entering.



Do not leave the hot tub uncovered when not in use.



Safety Guidelines



Children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub.



No glassware in or near the tub — please use plastic cups provided.



Do not use oils, soaps, or bubble bath in the water (they damage the system).



Pregnant guests or those with health concerns should consult a physician before use.



Absolutely no diving or jumping into the hot tub.

Our team will check and maintain the hot tub regularly during your stay.
