I have to say, Modesta by far has been the best host I have ever had in my life. Always eager to help and make our stay our home away from home. Location was central for everything we wanted to do. „There price was a good value for the rooms that it provided. But the place needs some up keep to make it enjoyable. The laundry room was full of dirty linen and the dryer did not work. We had a lot of rain on night where the first floor was getting flooded and water was sipping on the upper floor bathroom window.
