« Beth was a sweet lady to talk too and quick in responding to my concerns. The home was BEAUTIFUL and very clean, everything that you get at a hotel, I got and more at this lovely home. The location was 13 minutes away from my niece wedding, Perfect! comfortable beds in every rooms and accommodating to my big family. « Mari was very responsive. The studio apartment was very clean, cute and inviting. The location for us was excellent as it was in close proximity to family and the venues for planned events. Just fyi - if you google the home and get concerned by the old Google Maps photo, don’t worry :) it’s been remodeled and isn’t scary like Google Maps would lead you to believe haha We stayed here while in town for a family member’s memorial in Lakeland, but we also got to go to Universal with other family in town, and it was an easy trip to make for just the day. "Le personnel est le gros + de cet hÎtel. Ils sont trÚs gentils et courtois. La piscine pour les enfants est super aussi et il y a beaucoup de sauveteurs. Par contre, Le prix ne vaut pas l'endroit. Ce sont de vieux bungalows et il a fait froid lorsque nous y étions et il n'y a pas de chauffage. La climatisation est difficile a régler et nous a rendu malades. A savoir il n'y a pas de réception, premiÚre fois que je n'en vois pas pour le check-in, cela se fait comme a une aire d'autoroute. Enfin, si vous voulez essayer une seule nuit suffit! Nous étions avant au Hilton sur la meme rue et avons voulu essayer le Beach Retreat mais le premier était vraiment mieux."
