« super clean rooms, water park was perfect for my 3 and 5 year old. only thing i wasn’t super happy about was the water park doesn’t open till 9am. kids are up early so waiting for several hours to open wasn’t great. wish it would open earlier but otherwise very impressed. we’ll be going back for sure »

« The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was nice. The bathroom was older looking but everything worked fine. Morning breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options. Parking was easy too. A nice small hotel. »

« My family comes multiple times a year for the waterpark. Since last visit we have noticed that the staff is much less friendly than before. I'm not sure what the dynamic is behind the scenes, but the energy of the front desk and cleaning staff was depressing. We were also dissapointed that we were shorted waterpark passes at check in (no problem previous stays in same suite), concerned that the waterpark life guard staff was constantly on their phones or gossiping with each other and seemed...

« When I first called,The lady on the phone told me they had no rooms. We had already checked online there were lots of rooms. I booked one online then the lady at the desk called back almost immediately after booking and said it looked like I got the last room because someone canceled, There were definitely rooms left. The parking lot wasn't even fill that evening. Very odd....When we got there the lady at the desk told us we would have to wait for the next person on duty to arrive so we could...
