« Väldigt bra service. Personalen är snälla och hjälpsamma. Frukostbuffén var bra och mycket att välja på, hade dock uppskattat också om det var mer frukt som serverades, som man kunde välja. Det var väldigt mysigt att promenera runt och inte alls långt till stranden. Jag blev uppgraderad för inte alls så mycket pengar, rummet var så stort och öppet. Den hade mycket fin utsikt och stor balkong var man kan njuta av utsikten. »

« Très belle villas, propre et sécuritaire. Parfaite pour une sorti familliale. Rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel. Le restaurant de l'hotel est une peu cher parcontre. Mieux vos sortir, il y a plein de restaurant autour. Je recommande fortement cette établissement nous y retournerons si l'occasion ce représente. »

« Attention aux chambres dites "standard" qui sont en fait sans fenêtre, sans entretien et dans le couloir de passage de tous les occupants et proches de la salle de café! Nous avons dû payer le supplément pour la "deluxe" mieux au niveau confort mais sans aucune vue sur la piscine puisqu'elle est en travaux, bâchée! Service peu aimable et peu intéressé par le service aux clients... »

« This is the second time we have stayed at this location. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect for our needs. The villa has a kitchen but no cookware. As we were only there one night, I did not think to ask. »

« Its a good value for the money as you get to use the water park facilities as part of your stay and the free breakfast was very good. Only thing the rooms were smaller than they looked in the online pics. beautifull view of the ocean and mountains. »

« It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

« This property need a lot of work done before I dare revisit it, I’ve been lied to by the staff, the taxi service scammed us every step of the way, different prices on everything, not worth going out there until they improve the service of their staff and the situation with their rooms, the room was subpar it wasn’t like exactly comfy, the room ac was buggy and the bathroom had a terrible stench/smell to it, the entire time we were there the pool was closed and the Landry was open then closed...

« - Friendly staff - Freedom Land, Tour & Cultural Show were thr best!!!! - Place gives us nostalgic feeling, super great concept preserving historic houses - Good beach - Check in staff did not fully explain inclusions of our package as such we missed free boat ride - Initial room - aircon not working - “highway robbery” with water - not allowing guests to refill water bottles, room only had 1 set of water bottles —> we could have heat stroke!!!! - Buffet breakfast spread wasnt good / enough »

« Front desk service was good. Daily maid service for changing towels or taking trash out wasnt done and later found out its only on request. Bathrooms had a foul oder that wouldn't go away even leaving windows open didn't help. »

« Pleasant resort, enjoyable stay despite a few concerns. Several buildings, from older cottages to a new 3-storey building. We stayed in a Superior Studio, This is a very nicely decorated room, large, brand new and clean, good beds and bathroom, desk area, aircon, balcony etc The pool is great, could use a few inexpensive plastic loungers.
