« Room is very nasty holes in the sheets and curtains just unacceptable. »

There were holes in the duvet cover and the room felt dirty. Mattress was stiff and the pillows were generally flat. Very uncomfortable the first night and I hardly slept. Room was not cleaned daily. « absolutely amazing staff. All the front desk WOMEN were amazing. Alma the house keeper was literally incredible. I really hopw they give her a raise like seriously. She made my stay 1000000 times better. Everybody was very accomodating. I hope they get paid them good. »

« Good breakfast. Pool needs some work and the door inside from the pool needs to be fixed so it scans the room cards. We had to walk outside the pool and around to the front door because the door from the pool did not work. »

« We stayed overnight and were very happy with our stay . We stayed in a standard room that had microwave and a fridge. Both worked . Air conditioning was effective and we had to turn it down to keep the temp comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The shower was strong with different settings . The only issue I experienced was the hot water in the washbasin faucet . It was lukewarm and not hot . Breakfast was sumptuous with plenty of choices . There was omelette, sausages ,...
