A wonderful time was had by all
Had a great time staying at this great beach house. This was a much needed girls weekend and we were extremely happy with the house. Fully stocked, clean, comfortable beds and lovely neighbors. The weather was good and the hot tub was great. Great location, great restaurants and we made it to Frankenmuth, we really enjoyed ourselves. We’ll be back!

Great for an easy getaway!
My friend and I enjoyed our quick getaway. The house and property are clean and well-maintained, the hot-tub was nice, the view was wonderful. The house is well-stocked with necessities. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. The house is bright and cute.

Perfect Vacation
The house was clean & had everything that we needed to have a wonderful trip! The water was beautiful even in the winter. We soaked up the hot tub as much as we were able to. My last visit at this property during the Summer was just as memorable! I cannot wait to come back again. Thank you for a relaxing vacation!

Fantastic Weekend Escape
My partner and I were looking for a weekend escape on the water, and Scott & Jill's place more than delivered. We enjoyed the hot tub, fantastic view of the bay and relaxed atmosphere to the fullest extent. The house was cute, clean and cozy and had everything available to us. The hosts were very communicative and we really felt at home for the weekend. Our only regret is not staying another night! The neighbors were friendly and receptive. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get away and spend some time near the water!!!

We enjoyed the house and property. Visited with neighbors. Went fishing, had a great day. Did not receive the 4 digit code prior to arriving, tried to contact someone, but no reply. Had a good idea it would be our phone no, but I panicked for no reason. Really did enjoy our stay .

Perfect Wedding Weekend
We attended a family wedding and stayed for a long weekend in Bay City. This was one of the best stocked vacation homes we have stayed in. It has everything you could possibly need right down to extra beach towels, flip-flops and sunglasses. We enjoyed the view of the lake and saw cranes and bald eagles every day. We had perfect weather for the wedding and would definitely stay here again.

Great Place For A Sister Retreat
The Lake House legitimately had everything we needed and then some. The owners have thought of everything. My four sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The space was very clean. The only con we really had was that the houses are pretty close together, but we would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely little spot!!
We really enjoyed this home. It had all the amenities and more! There were little interesting/eclectic touches everywhere around the house. Our kids kept busy looking at everything. The hot tub was so nice to have on the cooler day we had. Neighbors were friendly and helpful! If you are nervous about the muck at the edge of the water you just gave up walk out 10 feet to a nice sandy bottom!

Great area

Excellent getaway
We loved the cottage and the view! The host graciously provided everything we needed except food. We were a little disappointed by the condition of the beach (not host’s fault). A recent storm brought in a lot of debris and sludge from the rivers. It was very restful though, and the neighbors were very friendly.

Great little cottage
We had a great couple days staying at this cottage on Saginaw Bay. It was great having our own private beach and we spent most of our time on it. Everyone we met was beyond friendly including the dogs. The cottage was neat and clean when we arrived and had everything we needed and more. It’s obvious reading all the past guests notes that jill and Scott really just enjoy making people happy and help them create forever memories. I know we made some while we were there and would definitely come back to make more.

Beautiful time
We only could only stay for a couple of days, but it was extremely relaxing. We spent the whole time sitting outside on the deck, watching the sailboats go by.

Perfect getaway
We had a great time at the cottage. My kids loved playing in the hot tub and on the beach. The cottage was fully stocked with everything we needed. We visited on the fourth of July and it was surprisingly quiet in the area, which I appreciated. All of the neighbors were very friendly.

Great place to unwind!

Adorable cottage
We had a wonderful stay on Lake Huron. The house was perfect for our family of 4 (two bedrooms with one containing a bunk bed and day bed), and my young daughter was delighted to find flamingos on her sheets. The house is clean with nice touches like cute Lacoste towels and extra sunglasses and flip flops. The houses are close together but it’s right on a lovely, clean, sandy beach, which offered a great view from the living room even on a rainy day. We were also about an 8 minutes from downtown Bay City, which had lots of dining options.

Such a beautiful place!
We had a great stay. The place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Our one year old daughter loved the beach, it made it very convenient having the beach right out back. The hot tub was great in the evenings. We would definitely go back!

Delightful escape
Perfect place to decompress and explore the area. Very friendly neighbors - both human and canine. Great hiking nearby at Bay City State Park. We visited the largest antique mall we've ever seen. Downtown Bay City by the river is scenic. The house was very comfortable and very clean. Thank you to our hosts!

We rented the house for a girls weekend. It was very clean, well stocked, check in and out was easy. The location right on the water was beautiful, especially for enjoying the sunrise. The hot tub was a nice bonus. We would definitely rent again.

This beach/lake house was the perfect place for our family. The home had everything we needed to enjoy with our daughter. The day we were there it rained, but we still went out to the lake and collected shells and walked around. We played games and read books that were provided. It was very nice :)

My family and I enjoyed our brief stay! My kids even went in the very frigid lake water! Neighbors were very welcoming and home had everything we needed! We loved watching the sunrises and stars and went in the hot tub several times a day! Only suggestions I would have would be way more hooks to hang up bathsuits, towels, etc and also plastic dishes for the kids (though I may have missed them in the cupboards).

Exactly as pictured. The cottage was very comfy, cozy, clean and bright. As others have mentioned it is well stocked, even with extra conveniences not typical in rentals like sunglasses, charging cords, fire starters, flip flops, etc. The view from inside and out is outstanding. On a dreary cold day we sat comfortably inside watching an eagle fly about and thousands of cormorants flocking across the bay while herons stood on the sand bars. We had a little medical emergency while there and the neighbors jumped right in to offer assistance. They even contacted the owners who have followed up with inquiries and well wishes. So very kind. We would recommend a stay here in a heartbeat.

Girls weekend
We had such an amazing time at the lake house. Not only was it super cute and cozy, it was VERY clean! You could tell as soon as you walked in the door, which made it easy for me to relax and enjoy our time. The neighborhood was peaceful and all the neighbors were very kind and friendly. The house had everything we needed and even more than we could of expected. My girls had so much fun playing on the beach and relaxing in the hot tub. We hope to come back next year and make more memories!

Perfect weekend getaway with young children!
We had a wonderful stay in the lake house with our toddler and newborn. The hosts went out of their way to make our trip as easy as possible by providing a crib and pack and play for our babies to sleep in. It helped so much not having to worry about packing every little thing because the house was so well stocked. The beach was wonderful and water was shallow enough that it was a comfortable place for our two year old to explore and build sandcastles. It was a great trip for our new family of four. We would definitely return for another visit again!

My family and I had a great time at the lake house! We enjoyed the hot tub and the beach! We have two kids 4 and 6 they had a great time playing games and playing on the beach. We had fun watching the boats float past and the Bald Eagles flying around!
