*WHERE CAN I PARK?* - A maximum of 3 sedan-sized vehicles is allowed in the driveway to the left of the house. - The driveway is long but narrow. NON-SEDAN VEHICLES ARE NOT RECOMMENDED, as wider vehicles may be difficult to maneuver in and out. - The sidewalk must remain clear at all times. If using the driveway, pull in fully so that no part of the vehicle extends onto or over the sidewalk. Do not park within the white-painted box in front of any driveway, as this area must remain clear for egress at all times. - Regarding street parking, please note that the city of Bayonne is very strict with enforcement, and violations can result in tickets. We highly recommend using a paid parking space. - As an alternative, there are 3 nearby places where you can safely park your vehicle. * Paid Parking - 21 E 33rd St, Bayonne, NJ 07002 (~0.6 mile / ~14-minute walk) * 34th Street Light Rail Park-and-Ride – Avenue E & E 34th St, Bayonne, NJ 07002 (~0.5 mile / ~12-minute walk) * 22nd Street Light Rail Park-and-Ride – 406 Avenue E, Bayonne, NJ 07002 (~0.9 mile / ~20-minute walk) - Please plan accordingly to avoid city citations — any fines due to parking violations will be the guest’s responsibility.
*IS THERE ANY SECURITY MEASURE AT YOUR PLACE?* - There are Minut noise devices around the house (they are not voice recording devices per the manufacturer's privacy policies). - There are 5 external Ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area. Please be advised that this room houses the boiler, water heating system, gas, and other important mechanisms.
