« Simply beautiful, staff could not do enough to help, check in was easy and quick. Stunning location and a small village a short stroll away. Room was clean and adequate with all tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is continental with other options available to purchase. We had a full Welsh breakfast and avocado on toast and it was amazing. All topped off with stunning views would definitely recommend and visit again. »

« Su the owner was very accommodating and was flexible on our arrival time. Helpful reception was efficient and even showed us to the room. Spacious, clean and had all the usual facilities. Had the evening meal which was tasty and filling. Price was compatible with other local establishments. There is also free wi fi and limited free parking. A big bonus is that it is only a five minute walk into the city centre. Very enjoyable stay. »

« A parking space should be allocated to your room number - we found it extremely difficult to explore the island as the car park was always busy… We were also disappointed with the menu choices… The hotel is beautiful inside and outside and the staff were very helpful and friendly… »

« Arrived at the hotel and no Family room available to us as per our booking of 2 x adults and 2 x children (both aged 10). As we had travelled for over 5 hours had no choice but to take the Double Room offered and the children had to sleep on the floor - with no bedding / pillows / put me up beds etc. made available. No milk was in the room for refreshments and upon asking at reception was told that none was available to us......?! Set in a quiet and stunning location in Caernarfon - however,...

« Everything was fine and plenty of parking. Wine and cakes to greet us! The mobile home is tight (e.g. narrow doors - compared to a normal home) but this was expected, even for a big van. Nevertheless, plenty big enough for three of us. Owners could not be more helpful. Great hosts. The noise from the busy A487 when bedroom windows are open during hot nights can be a bit disturbing for light sleepers - but then we were in an unusual heat wave!
