« It was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly Polite and helpful we couldn’t have asked for anything else and I would think we will be going there again thanking the staff great fully »

« Excellent accueil, une belle chambre, propre avec une literie de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est inclus, à l'ancienne où on commande ce que l'on souhaite (des oeufs, du bacon, des saucisses, etc...) et on est servi à table ! A noter, même si ça n'a pas été un problème pour nous, pas d'ascenseur. Parking disponible à l'arrière de l'hôtel un gros + en Angleterre. Idéalement situé pour visiter Saltaire et se balader le long du canal. »

« Had a lovely weekend here. This hotel was perfect. Nice and quiet but lively enough to provide a pleasant ambiance without ever being noisy or overbearing. Staff throughout were lovely and the food is very good. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to get away and relax. »

« Excellente localisation. Très bons petits déjeuners. Planchers bruyants (vieil immeuble…) »

« This is a small hotel which has been decorated well. the staff are friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was really good The rooms are clean and lovely. However, there is no lift and there are 3 floors. there isn't a large separate lounge. However ,the views are amazing. »

« Lovely place, in a beautiful village. The family room in the barn is big enough for 2 adults and 2 children (there is also a sofa bed in the parents bedroom). It is located just a quick walk from the main building, although along the road which can be a bit noisy sometimes. Amazing breakfast served in the restaurant, one of the best we ever had in the UK! And very good food overall at the restaurant. »

« We stayed one night as a stopover on our way home to Scotland. We had a superior double room in the lodge part of the hotel. Stunning room. Very spacious even with what looked like a super king bed. Lovely to have the little terrace space. Had a delicious meal in the restaurant and excellent breakfast in the morning. Loved the different options to normal offerings with overnight oats and yoghurt smoothies. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely dog friendly hotel which we’d love to...

« Lovely stay at the Gamekeepers Inn ! Spa & breakfast included, fair price »

« Location..it has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. ( need a car) Rooms are very comfortable, tea /kettle etc. Stairs are a little steep. staff are lovely ,had a very pleasant stay. We arrived Saturday lunch time, they had a party of 40 in, but fitted us in and it was delicious! staff attentive and it arrived quickly so all good, so I am very sad ( and surprised ) to say breakfast was poor ! we didn't opt for the buffet and cooked ,rather just the cooked, it took ages to appear...

« The room was great with nice bunk beds and Screens. However, we could not sit in the lower level bunk beds because of the upper bed and there was no place to sit. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay. »

« Very easy to find and plenty of easy parking available. Really warm welcome by the staff. The room was a front facing room which looked over the stray. Very clean, good size, great shower. Breakfast in the amazing restaurant was great. Not a massive choice of everything, but enough not to be left feeling short changed. We would definitely book here again and spend longer in the bar, and have an evening meal in the restaurant. Easy walk into town and very quiet on the night. »
