« Home is well-loved and clean. Kitchen is updated with dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas stove. Microwave is available in armoire. Bathroom has washing machine, walk-in shower, great lighting, and comfy towels.Stairway is typical of an older home with slender passage, however sturdy and secure with metal railings.Stayed in the summer, so A/C window units were a welcomed relief. « The property is exactly as you see in the pictures/description. We were 4 adults, 4 kids (9 months to 13 years). Plenty of room for all of us. Hosts were quick to respond to any messages sent.Had a great 3 days here. »

« My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kameka's property. It is very clean and upkept; you literally have everything that you need. The grocery store is within walking distance and stays open late. It is a very quiet area, no one hanging out, and I felt very secure/safe. I would definitely stay again when visiting in Delaware. ☺ 💕 »

Very updated AND cozy decor and interiors in this historical home, but with an authentic flair. Like a magazine. « Love this property; beautiful views everywhere. The Tiki Bar update was great! Layout of the house is just perfect. Fished off the dock every day and launched kayaks...a heavenly week! »

« The house was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a family event and needed a place for 8 adults and 4 children and this was perfect. Lots of space to spread out with a great rec room that kept both kids and adults entertained during down time. The neighborhood was beautiful and had easy access to area restaurants and shopping. Close to many area attractions. It was the perfect location to have close proximity to points of interest and then return to at end of day to a relaxing...
