Pilot House was first noted almost two hundred years ago on the 1829 Beaumaris town plan. Today, it is listed for its special architectural interest as a vernacular house with details of Georgian character added at a later date. Do not be fooled by its age or size, as this beautiful property has been lovingly and sympathetically restored by its current owners.

Located just a hop and a skip from the waterfront in Beaumaris, you could be off crabbing or taking in the sea air as soon as you arrive at Pilot House. Or you may simply wish to kick off your shoes, relax and enjoy a coffee in the bay window of the first-floor living room. Take in view of the Menai Strait and the stunning mountains which stretch away into the distance - you could sit here for hours.

Pilot House is split over two and a half floors. The inspirational interior design has been carefully selected to reflect the house's history and location. Flooded with natural light and accented throughout with hues of blue, this is a restful and calming space.

Step into the welcoming entrance hall. To your right is a cosy ground-floor double bedroom - a stunning room to wake up in accompanied by the sounds and sights of the sea. Still on the ground floor, at the rear of the property is a modern, well-equipped kitchen/dining area with a separate utility room.
