« This appeared to be a new offering - brand new furniture, dishes, utensils, etc. From this standpoint, the property was very comfortable. However, we were frustrated with the host's communication. The arrival/check in details were lacking around door code, wifi password, etc. We tried calling the host, but didn't get a return call. In all, the communication was lacking. I'd also highlight the kitchen table which is essentially unusable for anyone but small children. We didn't hate this...

« We had such a wonderful stay at the Blue Haven on Lake Sutherland! The house served all of our needs as a gateway to long hiking adventures in Olympic National Park each day. Our host was fast and responsive to any inquiries and the check-in/check-out process was hassle-free. We loved being right on the lake and spent our mornings with coffee on the dock and evenings rowing around the cove. Hope to venture back one day! »

« Our stay was fantastic. The entire place was very clean and cozy, the backyard was gorgeous the kids loved playing outside every day. The neighborhood was quiet and it was less than 5 min of a walk to town, so that was very convenient. Lots of beautiful trails and beach access nearby too. "RAS concernant le personnel. En entrant, le couloir sent mauvais. Il y a de la moquette partout, comme dans beaucoup d'hÎtels, c'est quelque chose que je ne comprendrais jamais par rapport à l'hygiÚne. Notre moquette était tachée. La chambre était peu éclairée. Le couchage plutÎt confortable mais la couverture sur le lit ne nous inspirait pas confiance. Le micro-ondes n'était pas parfaitement propre. Pas de petit-déjeuner mais on peut manger en chambre (meubles peu adaptés pour cela). La clim fait énormément de bruit. Pour 2 nuits ça allait. Pas plus. "
