Excellent location, set back from any main roads. Extremely peaceful but exactly what you need for a weekend away. Pond outside of the cabin made it gorgeous for a lovely drink in the morning to start the day. Scott was a fantastic host and extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely return.

the pictures do not do these little houses half as much justice they were wow apsalutley amazeing i travel alot and i have never come across somethink so beautiful , bed is so comfy , showers amazeing , the coffee machine etc amazeing , signal phone an wifi amazeing , chairs extra comfy , bbq outside amazeing done a nice bbq , camp fire is so peaceful , lil cabin were you can cook was wow !! owners sean and scott lovley humans , have the most beautiful ponies ever dicki and lily was allowed to go in and watch feed ❤️❤️ deffo reccomend and will be back thanks x

Set in tranquil surroundings with easy reach to the local area by car. Make use of the BBQ hut and fire pit to get the most out of your stay

Lovely cosy stay
Such lovely and cosy accommodation and we had everything we needed. Scott was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for a getaway to the Yorkshire Dales, will be back!

Perfect getaway.
We chose High Parks for a short stay to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We could not have picked a more perfect place! It is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and also comes with perfect hosting. The only complaint we have is that we were unable to stay longer! Definitely be back.

Superb place to stay
This was a fantastic getaway for my wife and I. Quiet and comfy. The facilities are superb and the owners amazing and very friendly. I can't wait to go back for some more peace and quiet.

Highly recommended.
Me and my Girlfriend had a couple of nights away here and we both enjoyed every minute of our break. From the friendly personal welcome from Sean and his wife to the delicious breakfast. The weather wasn't at it's best, but it didn't detract from our enjoyment of our stay. The lodge was superb, very spacious and comfortable in beautiful surroundings. We both cant recommend a break here enough and we will definitely be back .

Cabin in the woods
Unusual but very comfortable stay amongst trees in North Yorkshire. Very helpful and thoughtful staff to make the stay pleasant including a nice bottle of wine. Breakfasts were to die for. Yorkshire ham and eggs was delicious.

So much more than just a hotel room!
Loved it. The pictures do not do this place justice. We were very well looked after by Sean through the entire visit. The accommodation, the setting and this little corner of North Yorkshire were perfect for our little getaway. The BBQ hut is great too and being able to wander down to the cafe for breakfast pretty much whenever you like was great. All top quality, loved every minute of our stay and hope to return again soon

Relaxing and comfortable
We escaped to the quiet of the Yorkshire Dales for a relaxing weekend. Deer Lodge is well place to access both the Dales and Nidderdale AONB. A wonderful breakfast was provided each day at the cafe on-site. We received a warm reception by the host on arrival showing us to the wonderful woodland location of the quiet lodge.
