« I was somewhat disappointed. It was my new husbands first experience with a rental through VRBO and it wasnt the best. I rent a lot and this one was a bit below my expectations. The place was nice overall and I loved the TV room which is why I choose it. But the outside of the house needs a lot of work, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was below my expectation, as well as no toiletries were provided as stated in the description. The location was perfect. »

« The house was perfect for two kids and a dog. Easy access to a good sized fenced in yard and plenty of yard for the kids to play. The house had what we needed and even had extra paper towels and toilet paper which is not always the case. The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions I had. »

« 1st I thought we'd be alone in the building, the tenant next door cooked fish and our whole unit stunk, the smell stayed our entire stay. The neighbors dogs barked constantly especially at night. The walls are so thin you could hear everything next door. The sofa smelled like dirty dogs. The swimming pool is a rusting tub and the backyard was a mess. Very unhappy with the stay, the worst one I've ever rented. »
