Très bon hotel
Hôtel accueillant propre bien équipé proche du centre ville. Super buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Seul bémol l’hotel Ne dispose pas de parking propre comme indiqué sur le site (seulement 3 places dans la rue). Parking public à proximité mais près d’une place pas très bien fréquentée.

Une adresse incontournable à Belgrade
Juste une nuit sur place. Tout est nickel et l'hôtel est largement au niveau de la France ou de l'Espagne. Le buffet est parfait. Deux petits bémols simplement : il faut penser à réserver sa place de parking en même temps que la chambre et l'isolation phonique sur rue est un peu légère.

A ne pas rater, pas mieux à Belgrade à super prix
A côté de la gare, près de sites à voir, cet hôtel a un personnel qui mérite 6 étoiles. Un accueil superbe digne de grands hôtels. Le petit déjeuner est formidable et très frais. Nul doute que j'y retournerai dès que possible.

Great stay with family pet
We were traveling for the first time ever with our family cat, which we confirmed ahead of time with the hotel. The hotel had a clean kitty litter box already set up in the room, along with a pet bed and food and water dishes. This was a very nice touch and made our stay so much easier. The staff was very thoughtful and customer service oriented. Would definitely stay here again.

I was looking for hotel that is walking distance to the bus station and to city attractions and this was perfect choice .Front desk and restaurant people were really nice….. Amazing breakfast (choice and quality)…

Happy with my stay, would visit again
I arrived early but was able to check-in without any problems. Quick service, staff very friendly and helpful. Nice sweets on the counter :) The room was big, airy and smelt really pleasant. Nice sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable but my only complaint was that all the pillows were too firm. I asked reception for softer pillows and they were provided without question. I also stayed in room 206 but as there was no rain, I can't comment if the window ledge complaint in a previous review has been resolved. Close the window at night if you want to avoid early morning traffic noise. I prefer to sleep in total darkness but unfortunately, there were some items that emit light in the room - TV on standby and most strongly, the air-con controller on the wall. I bring black electrician's tape with me now so I can cover them up during my stay - top tip! Remove them before I leave. Hotel location really convenient with everything within walking distance. Tram stop outside as in the photo served by tram route 2 which loops the city to all the key sites. There's an 'Idea' supermarket opposite. City bus station also just around the corner which is where the airport buses (A1 & 72) terminate. The breakfast was nice enough but just the minimum offerings; cereals, range of eggs, warm/cold meats, cheese, grilled veg etc. Convenient when included in the price. Overall, pleasant experience for my first time in Belgrade. I was happy with my stay; pillow issues were quickly sorted.

No sleep
Avoid room 206 if it rains! The window ledge is made of tin and when it rains, the overflow from the gutter high above drips onto it and is very noisy. It sounds like someone is tapping a pebble on the bedroom window. Not great at 2am! The staff had heard about this issue before. If the weather is good you won’t have a problem but certainly avoid this room. (My colleague was in room 205 next door and there was no problem.)

Lovely hotel very close to the main bus station and around 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The riverside with its beautiful cafes is very close to the hotel too. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was lovely.

Ich war das 4 Mal im Jump in Hotel. Es war wie immer sehr toll! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte dieses mal das Deluxe Zimmer mit einem Balkon (Blick auf die Save). Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt! Danke!
