« Great house in Dayton. If you are planning a trip to the Air Force Museum - there isn't a better place to stay! Clean, comfortable! »

« The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

« Upon first glance on walking in the property was perfect. We started playing games and noticed the TV in the room would not turn on nor would the lighting turn on in the room. The slot machines do not work properly. They do not track what you’re winning. They are also not written in English. The rest of the game room was nice. There’s a four top table and that is all the seating you have for any type of meals. We did prepare dinner. The grill outside was great. It didn’t need to be cleaned....

« Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend! »

« Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...
