« Hotel is VERY dirty... poorly managed lifeguards play on their personal phone more than they do their job. They have SERIOUS ELECTRICAL ISSUES.... only half the water park worked and not the part with the main attraction , the only thing working was the lazy river and the kids ankle deep water. If you ask speak to a manager you're gonna be told ten different stories. Our room had food and clothes still on the floor when we checked in i'm gonna ask for a manager again , when we checked out and...
