„Property owner was wonderful with our check in. Opened the doors and it was simple, clean and bright. It’s a relatively small house but slept 8 comfortably. (Three bedrooms and a pull out sofa.) Appliances are new and house is bright with a nice patio area. I wish the house had a keurig, a toaster and a full length mirror to check outfits. Also minimal towels so bring your own if you want more. There was a spring poking out of the sofa bed but you can work around that. The showers were fantastic ...

„The property was ok. You are on the 3rd floor and there are only stairs. We didn’t mind, but renters should know. The apartment only had 2 towels. No wash cloths, no hand towel, and no kitchen towel. I asked for more towels and only got 2 more bath towels which we made work. The coffee maker was duct taped. It is very simple and met our needs. “

„The host was very responsive and let us check in early and check out late. However, I know when I booked it, it stated that it had a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. Since we have been traveling for several weeks we were looking forward to using the kitchen to make some homemade meals rather than going out to eat. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not equiped with pots and pans so had to go out. “

„The home is beautiful and in a wonderful walking neighborhood (Oak Bakeshop on Cypress is an easy walk for your morning coffee and delicious pastries), well equipped for a comfortable stay and close to everything. Daniel, the owner, was very responsive to any inquiry and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and will definitely try to stay here on future trips to RI. You will NOT be disappointed!“
