« Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

« Everything was awesome. Everything worked. Location was nice. Only “nit/small criticism” is that there are some low beams, so those over 6 feet 1” (185 cm) tall, need to be careful! Host was wonderful. Thanks for a great place to stay in Cortina! »

« La casa è molto spaziosa e comoda, è molto ben arredata in stile ampezzano, è dotata di lavatrice e lavastoviglie e super accessoriata, le 3 camere con i 3 bagni en-suite rappresentano una comodità unica come anche la posizione centrale, ha due posti auto riservati uno al coperto e uno nel giardino condominiale. « We loved our stay. There was an initial issue with the plumbing at the property (before check in) so we were iffered another property which was just as great. I appreciated the care that the host offered. Also, when I thought that I locked myself out of the apartment, they were quick to rush over and let me in. »

« The shower was so small and the shower head didn’t move enough to keep the water on while washing up. It had to be turned off. The bottom of the shower curtain was filthy. The bed was too hard for my wife to sleep on. The cushions for the couch didn’t fit as they slipped through the slats multiple times daily. The first Italian place we stayed that didn’t have an espresso pot nor any basic cooking supplies – oil, salt or pepper. The hood light nor the vent worked.They left dishwasher detergent...
