« Parking is a challenge »

« The property is charming and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We honestly weren’t there long enough to say much more, but we would stay there again!! »

« Beautiful home in a stunning setting! Host was great with communication. Would definitely book here again! »

« The townhome was perfect for a weekend stay. Quiet neighborhood and was close to local shops and eateries. Communication with host was always timely and professional and was available at any time if needed. House was equipped with board games and tv for entertainment. Would recommend for anyone needing a nice place to stay and is family friendly! »

« We would stay here again »

« House was cute and very clean. Beautiful back roads driving to Round Top. Nothing in the town so we drove to Bellville both nights for dinner. Great stay! »

« The house was not as clean as I would have liked. There were cobwebs, water bugs andLooked like repair leftovers on the bathroom floor. The beds and linens were clean. Take hangers if you want to hang something. The house overall was comfortable and we felt safe there. »

« Cozy. Just perfect »

« Nice! »

« The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Marilyn is the most prompt communicator in all of the VRBOs we’ve stayed and beyond friendly and helpful. Coffee is even provided! Check in is extremely easy and check out is even easier. The two cypress trees out back are an amazing sight—GIGANTIC!! Wish the beds were more comfortable, but the linens are fantastic . Otherwise, everything was great! »

« We stayed overnight at Four Boys Farm and it was Phenomenal. Benita was so wonderful as a host. I definitely recommend this farm for a nice getaway. Organized times 10 is how I describe the property. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The scenery was beautiful and peaceful. The house was cozy and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even better. Unfortunately, we were not able to partake an any of the available activity due to other engagements, but I would like to return to do so. Would definitely recommend. »

« I stayed here with a girlfriend for Round Top and we loved it. The drive to was 20-25 minutes max. The house was easy to find and access, great communication with owners, very clean, fully stocked - we didn’t need anything! Would definitely recommend and would stay again. »
