„This is a cute little place with plenty of space. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Only takes about 15 minutes to drive to Martins Ferry and Wheeling. My son enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the barges on the river. Loved having a good k-cup coffee maker available. I also greatly appreciated the washer and dryer that allowed me to wash up our laundry the night before we left so that I didn't have a bunch of laundry to do when we got home. „Stayed two night as we were there for a family reunion. It was just me and my son, but would be perfect for large families and ppl with little ones. They had a lot that we just didn’t use. The property is nice and quiet, if I had any negatives it would be they are not the most comfortable beds, other than that, excellent for the price.“

„Our family's stay was great. Check in and check out was super easy. The house was laid out well and a great size for seven adults. Everything we needed in the kitchen was readily available for our two night’s day. The family loved the hot tub and the general store two doors down with a wonderful homemade ice cream.
