« The room was poor standard, windows not closing (leading to massive rain into the room during a storm), desk chair with seat sagging through (replaced nicely the staff with another chair with a sagging base), about half outlets not working. « My stay at this establishment was an unmitigated disaster. 1st the picture of the room and building online is doesn’t correlate . The room was a mess, with dirt and grime everywhere, and the air was thick with a foul smell. The carpet looks like it was changed a decade ago. The building's entrance didn't exactly inspire confidence either, with a strong scent of weed hanging in the air. « We booked a room for our family of 4. Our room was a king bed & fold out couch bed. When we noticed there weren’t any pillows or a blanket for the fold out couch for our kids, we asked the front desk. They had no blankets & only offered extra sheets. They said they were out of blankets. I’m not even sure how this happens as there should have been a blanket for this bed in our room. They were only able to find one pillow.
