« The house was perfect for our family. We had 3 adults fro Florida, 2 adults from Iowa, and 3 adults Ana a 7 year old grandson. The 4 bedrooms were laid out perfectly for us. The whole house was great and a dining table to sit 8+ for a meal. Kitchen was very equipped and met all our needs. The patio was also very nice. The only negative was the fishing was not good for the days we were here. This was our third trip here and hope to return next year. »

« Located within bucolic Mayfield NY, within Chautauqua County, this serene and relaxing home has all the amenities you can think of including a comfy bed and some board games just in case you get bored. Plenty to see and do with a panoply of restaurants and the Chautauqua Institution very close by. « My brother and I made this reservation to honor our father who passed away in in 2021. The cabin was perfect because of his love for the outdoors including its location nestled in a quiet cove. The cabin is definitely rustic. It had everything we needed including a beautiful view, and peaceful atmosphere. Plenty of firewood and the necessities for those who enjoy simplicity. « Nice condo in a small develoment on the water, close proximity to Chautauqua Institution. Kitchen had nice supply of dishes, pots and pans, and a variety of spices and a few condiments which was very helpful. Beds were comfortable with decent bedding. Relatively clean. While there are beds to accommodate 8 people, the gathering spaces are really meant for 6 - there are 6 chairs for the dining table, 6 chairs for the patio furniture, and there is one couch and two arm chairs in the living room....

« The house on the lake was a perfect fit for our family who was in town for a wedding. There were plenty of beds for the 10 of us (ranging in age from 3-55!). Karen provided everything we could possibly need, a fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, towels, etc. She was so generous providing water, gatorade, and freezie pops for the kiddos and firewood for a campfire.
