« Clean, quiet, and a great location! »

« Comfortable, cozy, and exactly what our family of 3 needed for a relaxing getaway! The house was very clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed — especially a fully stocked kitchen and super comfortable beds.We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space and beautiful river views. The neighborhood was perfect for peaceful evening walks after dinner, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. There’s also a great fire pit and BBQ area that looked wonderful for anyone...

« Beautiful property with excellent amenities (new appliances and bathrooms). Deck chairs were a bit old but everything else was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for a family. Home is steps off hwy 9 but it was still amazing and a great location to get to lots of beautiful redwood park’s and Santa Cruz boardwalk and wharf. »

« The host could not have been more prompt with messages. Very good communicator. The house is clean with beautiful paneling throughout. Very unique home. The kitchen met all of our needs. The neighborhood was beautiful and friendly. Privacy and quiet. The hot tub was welcomed and hot and clean, enjoyed an outdoor shower next to it. The house was steps away from a redwood forest with amazing trails. I would not recommend the house for seniors as the showers are a deep step down and...

« Great place to stay close to the beach. The house is very thoughtfully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and communicated promptly. Will definitely come back again. »

« Easy street parking, great communication with host, easy check-in and everything accurately advertised. The bed was wonderful and the back patio was perfect for some afternoon reading and lounging. We ended up walking to and eating at our favorite Santa Cruz restaurant. Great location. Great stay. »
