« Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place....

« Everything was great for all 6 of us! Almost better than the pictures when we walked in. Very nice and clean. We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the area. »

« What a beautiful place. Nestled right along Beaver Lake with views to die for. Amazing sunsets, boat watching, breathtaking views. And top off the night with a relaxing star-gazing session in the spacious hot tub!Jack was an amazing host, always in contact when needed and very accommodating. Beautiful property and wonderful host. Will definitely be back again! »

« We came to Arkansas for my grandsons baseball tournament. There were 4 adults and 3 teenage boys stayed the first night with us. Plenty of room for us all. This house was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean, comfortable, roomy and it was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was stocked with many amenities that was an added bonus. The backyard was very nice but unfortunately we didn’t get to use it very much due to rain. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating...

« The house was great , near many things to do The only negative was that the kayaks were not left in very accessible shape they were filled with water dirt and spiders,,had a hard time getting them down to the water to use them »
