Good morning, you never slept in our hotel and we don't understand why you have to give a so bed review.it is explaned well how the automatic check-in works and it is very easy get in. There is also an assistence if there are problems and the reception it is open every day till 14.30.We are very sorry, but it is difficult to understand!!

We thank you for your review, but we would like to clarify a couple of points. The rooms all have at least two windows and the bathrooms also have windows, so we don't understand why they are dark, maybe it was a cloudy day?? The structure is located in a village in the city center, right next to the academy of arts in the area of bars and restaurants ... it is not true that if you use the cups you have to wash them, everything that is breakfast is washed by us as explained in the note, it also says that if you want to cook, the pots for your dinner have to be washed by you, otherwise we can do it for a little extra.Just to be clear.
