« Perfect spot for our weekend away visiting Hermann. The cottage was so cute, clean, & comfortable bed. Nice morning walk on the trail on the property to the lake with a bridge-beautiful fall scenery! When we checked in, the smoke alarm was beeping due to low battery & it required a ladder to access so the front desk was notified. The hostess & maintenance guy came right away to fix it. They were very nice. Would def stay at this property again. »

« My guy & I decided that this was the perfect stay for us: I wanted a B&B but he doesn't like 'staying in a bedroom in someone's house'. We had our own large cottage that has a wonderful, quirky vibe & breakfast that you pick up on a large tray & bring back to your cottage! It is located on bend in the Missouri River & the view is breathtaking. It was the perfect location, too, halfway between the river town of Washington & Hermann in wine country, both fun places to visit. »

« Staying at Stone Haus was like visiting a distant relative. The owners were friendly and inviting. Their dog Mandy was also friendly. The place was filled with various antique pieces and paintings. It made us feel right at home. The breakfast we were served could have fed twice as many people. We did not use the hot tub though it was offered to us. Its location offered a quiet neighborhood and lovely scenery. It truly felt like home. the experience was lovely. »
