« Room very clean plenty room. Only mirror was in bathroom and quite high (I’m small ) so had to stand on tip toe could do with one in room as well. Food was same menu all day breakfast/brunch which is fine but not to our liking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shame bar shut at 11 for residents too. Plenty restaurants further up road and nice area could get around Berlin easily from hotel. Would stay again »

"Premièrement l'hôtel est assez excentré, compter 30min de trajet. Nous avons sélectionner cet hotel notamment pour son spa. Quelle mauvaise surprise nous ignorons que le spa était naturiste. Et cela nous a profondément dérangé. Je pense que ça devrait être noté sur leur site car cela a son importance! Aussi le jaccuzzi était en panne il n'a pas fonctionné de tout le séjour et vu les commentaires c'est chose courante donc de l'argent perdu pour rien car sans cet équipement nous aurions pris un hôtel dans le centre. Point positif tout de même le petit dejeuner. Une partie du personnel fort agréable. Le bar du 12eme étage et la propreté et confort des chambres et de l'hôtel. Pensez a demander une chambre côté court et non rue pour le bruit. En conclusion très déçue car nous comptions beaucoup sur le spa apres avoir marché toute une journée. Pour certain ça peut paraître dérisoire mais c'était ainsi que nous avions prévu notre séjour."

"The hotel was very well positioned for transport links ,Good bar and facilities did not have breakfast as there was good choices around the area. The only thing i can say which was bad was that the cleaning staff left my hotel door on the latch which was not good .My personnel items were in the safe ,i understand the staff are busy and have a vast amount of work to do in a short time .This was the only bad thing i can say about this place . The area is quite safe for a big city and with lots of good places to eat and drink ,5 minute to the S Bann or a 2 min walk to a good bus service which is excellant would advise buying a 3,5, 7 day travel pass as you can just jump on and off when you like. The hotel bar had a great feeling and you did not feel you were in a hotel with a good selection of food and drink. Happy Travels."

"Le personnel du restaurant et de l’accueil sont dévoués. Les chambres spacieuses, l’emplacement de l’hôtel idéal! Les repas aux restau etaient également délicieux. Dommage que nou n’ayons pas pu prolonger notre sejour dans cette hôtel du à l’indisponibilité de notre suite pour une nuit supplémentaire. Nous recommandons définitivement cet établissement!"
