Lovely, comfortable home in a treed neighborhood. It was great having a secure fenced yard for our dog. The minute we walked in the door we noticed the beautiful display of Polish pottery. My husband is Polish. We also enjoyed the art hung through out the home. The kitchen is definitely the heart of this home, and is adequately equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal. The mattresses are very comfortable. The house is close to grocery shopping, and several restaurants and stores. All in all we had an enjoyable stay in Ocean Pines at Birdnest Beach Bungalow. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and overall was very nice. In a great location for walking and riding bikes through the neighborhood. The pumping station behind the house did have an odor to it that seemed to get worse at times. One noted thing that we feel could improve was the condition of the microwave because the door and handle were broken. But otherwise the house was great.

The house was clean but trying to get an early check in from the management company was a nightmare. Their automated texts and occasional “real person” texts were disingenuous. I will not deal with them again. Skillets need an update. The bottom of one of them came off into the food.

We stayed a week at the beach bungalow and had an amazing time. The listing was very accurate and the home was in the perfect location in an amazing community.Being that it’s located in an optimal spot in ocean pines, we were able to get in and out of the community with ease for all nearby needs. Roughly 10-15 minutes from the beach, and less then 10 minutes to all stores in the area. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog, and the screened in porch was the highlight of the week for daily family time. Kitchen and family room is very large for our family of 5 to easily all be in the space at the same time comfortably. Also the porch had plenty of beach chairs and even an umbrella as well. Unfortunately the gas grill was unusable for my personal preference as it was not only small but a bit rusty, being that I’m a big grill guy that was disappointing but not a deal breaker at all. Showers had great water pressure but we needed to take showers one at a time to all get decent hot water. The home was overall very clean with only 2 minor complaints. First would be a few persistent ants in the master bath, but this home is located in the woods so a few ants weren’t a big problem at all. Secondly, directly behind the home near the park is some type of sewage cleaning facility that produced an unwanted odor. We couldn’t smell it inside the home at all but was easily noticeable when enjoying the outdoors. Overall we had a GREAT stay and do look forward to staying again in the future.

The house was well kept and perfect for what we needed. We had a few questions during our stay and there was a direct line of communication open for us. Beds were comfortable and we were grateful to find a place that would allow pets! Check in/Check out couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend!

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay with our adult children and dog. The Ocean Pines community had a lot to offer as well. Clean comfortable home. We really enjoyed the outdoor sunroom. We would recommend this home and hope we can stay again in the future.

I had a great stay. Everything was clean. Bedrooms were nice. Having two bathrooms is a plus. The screened in porch was quiet and nice to sit on in the morning. The back deck was a little slippery. We used the provided umbrella at the beach, which was nice. I would stay again. We were looking forward to the playground right behind the house. But the sewage water treatment right there made the park not enjoyable (smelly). The other ocean pines playground right down the road was much nicer. I was very happy we got to bring our furry friends with us on our stay. Thank you.

Long weekend winter getaway

This house was perfect for what we were looking for, a cozy place to relax and hang out with family for a few days. It was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet but with a central location to lots of interesting places to explore. We had a great time!

Great Dog-friendly property!

Super clean (and easy to keep clean). Comfortable and the screened in porch really extends the living space. Well maintained and safe for pets (even little ones). The management was stellar! Communicative and responsive to our needs. If you travel with your fur babies check this property out!

Beautiful Bungalow on Birds Nest

We loved our stay! Clean, comfortable and pet friendly. Open and spacious floor plan. We and the pups loved the fenced yard. Walking distance to a pet friendly park. Comfortable seating inside and out. Ample cooking utensils and kitchen supplies. Quiet neighborhood only minutes from everything!

End Of Summer Getaway

Close to the boardwalk, stores, restaurants & beach. Parking pass was handy for Ocean City beach day. Screened porch was nice for meals & outdoor deck was nice for grilling. Fenced yard for pet was good but our Yorkie did escape. AC was comfortable. Ice maker kept plenty of ice. Washer, dryer & dishwasher was a help. Ocean Edge communication was excellent. They responded to questions immediately. It was such a good location & quiet. Nice to be away from the busy downtown OC but 20 minute drive to it.
