Designed for up to 6 guests, the apartment features three comfortable bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 × 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a rain shower, a separate guest toilet, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The Space

Two stylishly furnished bedrooms are located in the quiet rear section of the apartment, each featuring a comfortable queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm). At the front, you'll find a bright open-plan living and dining area, along with the third bedroom, also equipped with a queen-size bed.

The modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, separate guest WC, and fully equipped kitchen with Bosch and Siemens appliances—including an oven, induction cooktop, and separate microwave—provide all the comforts you need, even for longer stays.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment offers the convenience of a private entrance directly from the street while maintaining privacy through thoughtfully designed screening.

Your comfort is our priority. All beds are fitted with premium Emma mattresses, while designer furniture by DREIECK DESIGN, high-end Siemens and Bosch appliances, and complimentary high-speed internet create a stylish and comfortable home away from home.

Additional Information

Subject to availability, we can arrange an early check-in from 2:00 PM or a late check-out until 12:00 PM (noon) through our cleaning company. The fee is €30 for either service, or €60 for both. Please let us know as early as possible to maximize the chances of availability.
