The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of a quiet residential building with elevator access.

• a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine



The sofa bed in the living room allows up to four guests to stay comfortably.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for everyday cooking, including:



• refrigerator with freezer

• coffee machine

• kettle

• microwave

• dishwasher

• toaster

• cookware, dishes, and cutlery



High-speed Wi-Fi, a small workspace, and a Bluetooth speaker are also available.

**Early Access**



To maintain our quality standards, we require a preparation window between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on arrival days.



If the apartment is ready earlier, we will gladly offer a complimentary early check-in and inform you proactively.



Guests who require a **guaranteed early check-in** may book this option for a service fee, which covers the additional resources needed for an expedited cleaning and inspection process.
