1. # The LODGE! # - A Private Ranch Retreat only 10 miles to the ARK Encounter.

Berry

« This was perfect for our families stay to visit the Ark Encounter. The host was very responsive and hospitable. We wanted somewhere private but yet not too far away and this fit. It is on a working ranch so there was people moving about but nothing that was at all disruptive. We enjoyed watching the elk and other wildlife. The children enjoyed the fire pit to roast some marshmallows. Having young children coming along, the layout and number of beds were a big reason for choosing this property...

« This was a wonderful place for our family to stay for 4 nights while we visited the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. We loved the large dining room table that sat our whole group, and the fully stocked kitchen. To top it off, there were two dishwashers on the first floor which really helped with meal cleanup! Having a second kitchen upstairs was great as well. We couldn’t have been happier about this place and the location! Thanks so much! »

« The property is remote and beautiful. The house was large and there was plenty of room for the 16 of us (12 teens, 4 adults) . The house was very clean and was cooled down for the 100 degree heat. The pool was a wonderful relief from this heat too. The game room was a great hang out spot for our group of teens. There is an abundance of space outside for the teens to play team games. I would recommend this property for those wanting to go to the Ark with a youth group. »

« We loved the layout of the house! The outside was beautiful with amazing views. The inside however had an odor, we had to buy air fresheners and that didn’t help cover the mildew/cat urine type smell. We also had an ant problem, while sleeping in the main bedroom we had ants crawling and biting us. The main bathroom had ants on the floor, tub, shower, sink, towels and any clothes. We had bites on our legs and arms and my son had bites on his face. The front door had a large gap on the bottom and...

Super 8 by Wyndham Georgetown

8/10 Bien

"La première chambre affectée avait un lit qui sentait très mauvais et nous n'aurions pas pu dormir dans ce lit. Le changement a été rapide et l'hôtesse a été très serviable. Le petit déjeuner demanderait plus de choix."
