« First of all, when we checked in we were not told where the elevators were. We were walking around, lugging our suitcases and exhausted. Someone asked what we were looking for and he directed us to the elevators. Turns out they were the wrong ones and had to walk halfway around the hotel to find the correct ones.
Also, the benches in the restaurant area are peeling. It is something that needs to be addressed. »

« The staff at the Hyatt House BWI are absolutely fantastic and kind people. I arrived to the hotel they greeted me, I forget my charger.. they let me borrow a charger for few minutes so my phone wouldnât die, the shuttle driver took me to local gas station to get a few necessities. Great hospitality professionals. I will definitely recommend and come back. »

« The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was prompt and easy to request. Breakfast is served with a long window, so I wasnât rushed to get downstairs for it in the morning.
My only issue was with the in-room amenities, the coffee machine had to be moved to the floor because the power cord didnât reach any outlets from where it was set, and the provided grind tray was for the wrong model of machine, so I could only brew hot water⊠I ended up walking to Starbucks...
