Further touches include repainted kitchen cabinets, an updated and repainted dry bar, a 70-inch Smart TV with a soundbar, and all three TVs wall-mounted.





Amazing views and endless beach fun await – not only are you perched in the heart of Bethany Beach, but you also won't have to go far from home base to have endless fun in the sun at the ten on-site shared pools, multiple hot tubs, a tanning deck, and sandy beaches mere steps away. Any downtime spent indoors will be a treat as well, with stylish decor, comfortable furnishings, and all of the modern conveniences needed for a memorable stay.



The interior of this getaway will have you in a calm mindset with the cool tones and airy living area layout. The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
