Due to an unexpected medical situation, we had to rebook for different dates- David was very cooperative and helpful in getting that done without any issues. This is a great property with great views, cozy rooms and safe, secure access. We won’t stay anywhere else while visiting Stockton!!!!“

„This location and property were perfect for our multi-generation family group. The river access was perfect, no wake in front for swimming with quick fast water to teach the grandkids to water ski. The pool was great and the hot tub a treat. The house was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The communication with Alina and Eric was great. Would definitely stay here again.“

„Everything went smoothly and we had an amazing time. The house was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Enough space for a large family gathering. Would recommend!“

„This property has everything. There was e ough space indoors and outdoors. They thought of everything for the guest as well. Lots of towels, blankets, pillows, cookware, utensils, etc. My only suggestion is the timer on the bathroom lights need to be extended, the light would go out while in the shower, but I may not have known how to change it if that was even possible. Also some more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Otherwise, no complaints. It was great.“

"Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und das Hotel machte von außen einen guten Eindruck. Das Zimmer an sich war eigentlich ganz okay, aber der hygienische Zustand ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig: Die Bettdecken und Kissen waren stark verschmutzt, überall fanden sich Haare, und auch die Handtücher waren nicht sauber. Wir mussten ohne Bettdecken schlafen und uns mit den kleinen Handtüchern behelfen, was sehr unangenehm war. Insgesamt war der Sauberkeitszustand inakzeptabel, und wir waren enttäuscht."
