« My wife and myself have rented many VRBO properties and have a top raying as guest. Unfortunately after driving for eight hours we found out the access code to the property did not work. The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. « Newly built property, Nice neighborhood. Need to be cleaned a little better. Table was dirty, There was an iron but no iron board on property. Windows downstairs was unlocked except for one window. Bottom drawer on the kitchen island with walmart bags does not close all the way. But overall it was nice. »

« This house in Winder was spotless. The host was great in responding with info quickly. We had no problems at all. The furniture and beds are comfortable. We were only there for one night and it was perfect for our family members to visit and close to the event we were attending. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again if in the area. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay and commented how nice the house is. »

« Host was good with communication and was generous with pet policy (we had 3 cats). In unexpectedly cold weather for the region, he offered space heaters and alternatives if power went out. House was a good size for our needs and easy to find. There was some loud music next door several evenings, but neighbors nodded and said hello if we passed them. »
