Hotel Bhurban

« Beautiful property, could use some updating and maintenance but overall we enjoyed our stay. »

« I would not recommend this property to anyone due to my bad experience, Room was not clean and the washroom was in very poor condition. Overall the cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations. »

« It was the worst experience of my life, booked this hotel on hotels.com and paid in full, upon arrival they told us we don’t even have the reservation there and hotels.com didn’t even pay them, worst customer service from hotels.com and from hotel management avoid this place and i am never booking through hotels.com, i had to find different hotel in the middle of night »

« We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I would suggest the hotel to have better insulation as cold air kept creeping through whilst it was already cold. The bed sheet were slightly stained which was disappointing. The main building of the hotel was pretty and the breakfast was just okay nothing spectacular. There was free parking available for those driving. The hotel is a 15/20 mins drive to Mall Road. The staff at the hotel were kind and professional. »

« The rooms has unforgettable smell. »

« Extremely dirty and poorly maintained hotel. I booked it in a rush and didn’t realize what a dump it is. Walls are thin so you can hear other people and guests upstairs kept dragging their furniture until 2 am. People were talking outside in the lobby which we could hear in our room all night. »

« The place was not reachable. Has no access to any walkable place or restaurant. Very much isolated and the road was very bumpy and narrow. Dangerous to drive with families and kids. We spent an hour to find the place and finally we gave up and decided to not stay here. No prior info was given about the leading roads. No refund was provided. »

« Great room, respectful staff & location was perfect, the view was immaculate »

« The hot water didnt work in our apartment and the toilet was faulty too so had to check out a day early »
