JOY • Architect's villa with heated swimming pool and garden in Biarritz

THE SETTING & THE ATMOSPHERE :
The Villa JOY is located in the Parc d'Hiver neighborhood in BIARRITZ, a quiet area close to the city center. You will be able to enjoy this magnificent house with swimming pool and large garden while being a few minutes by bike from the city center and the Biarritz beaches.
Thanks to its contemporary decoration, this house of architect will be able to welcome you around large spaces being able to accomodate until 14 people by counting the dependence.

THE VILLA :
The Villa JOY is a spacious house of 400 m2 decorated with taste and bathed in light, where everyone can easily find his place.
It has a large living room, with a TV corner dedicated to movie nights with family or friends.
A beautiful and imposing fireplace (decorative) separates the living room from the dining room and kitchen where everything has been thought out in detail for a design, uncluttered and above all very functional result.
We will emphasize the access to the large terrace from the living room allowing to enjoy sunny days and small friendly aperitifs.

THE NIGHT SIDE :
The villa offers a large sleeping capacity. On the ground floor, the house has a beautiful master suite with bathroom and dressing room.
On the first floor, you will find 3 beautiful double bedrooms with dressing room and office corner. One of them has it own shower room and the other two share a second bathroom with bathtub.
From the second floor, you can access the dormitory through a design spiral staircase. This dormitory has a double bed and two small beds, the ideal refuge for teenagers. Please note, however, that the staircase does not have a handrail or protection and is not designed for children.
Finally, the outbuilding of the villa offers two additional double bedrooms with bathroom.
The villa JOY offers a total of 6 bedrooms and a large dormitory.

WHAT WE LOVE:
The villa JOY remains one of our favorites in terms of decoration; thanks to the charm of this Basque house redone with taste and simplicity. The sublime swimming corridor, and the pretty green garden surrounding it also make the difference. You will quickly feel at home in the villa JOY.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Winter Park remains a quiet and family neighborhood of Biarritz. It is easily accessible and close to all amenities.

PRACTICAL SIDE
The villa JOY has a large courtyard on the entrance side where you can park up to 4 cars. There is also a private entrance at the back of the house, where you can park two additional cars out of sight.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and departures from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. For any arrival or departure before 8am and after 7pm, an additional fee is applied:
From 7pm to 10pm - 50€.
From 10pm to midnight - 80€.
From midnight to 6am - 120€.
From 6am to 8am - 80€.
