- This elevated second-floor apartment boasts a fantastic central location with wonderful views throughout, overlooking Appledore village, the historic harbour, and the beautiful estuary. Situated perfectly for enjoying local amenities, it is also a great base for exploring North Devon, including the nearby market town of Bideford, the sandy beaches at Instow and Westward Ho!, and the Tarka Trail.
Families can enjoy popular attractions like The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, and Dartington Crystal, all within easy reach by car.
Inside, the property features a cosy lounge/diner and a well-equipped kitchen. The accommodation includes one double bedroom and one super-king bedroom, both offering spectacular views over the river and estuary, along with a large shower room.
The nearest shop and pub are within walking distance, and the beach is just a five-minute drive away.
