  • Conveniently located in the heart of this seaside town and overlooking the pretty cricket ground, Westward Ho!'s beach, Northam Burrows and the ocean beyond, this house offers plenty of seaside charm. Just a short stroll away you will find the popular seaside town of Westward Ho! and its many amenities, including independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Golfing enthusiasts can walk to the Royal North Devon Golf Club, or on a calm day, pop to the market town of Bideford and you could take a boat trip to the peaceful island of Lundy, which lies just miles off the coast and is home to large colonies of puffins and seals.


    This property has been arranged with a reverse-level layout to make the most of the views from the lounge/kitchen/diner. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which is a super- king-size, one king-size with TV and en-suite shower room with WC, and bunk bedroom. The king-size bedroom also enjoys access to the garden through French doors. All the rooms have been furnished and equipped with comfort and style in mind. Also, on this floor is a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Upstairs the impressive and spacious lounge/kitchen/diner has been designed to provide everything you need. Prepare your meals in the contemporary kitchen area that features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Dine at the large table nearby and after finishing your meal, retire into the chic lounge area, a large sumptuous sofa makes for cosy evenings, make the most of the Smart TV or utilise the Blue tooth speakers to listen to your favourite music.


    Heading outside to the front of the property there is an enclosed private garden with patio area, hot tub and garden furniture. There is also a balcony accessed from the lounge area which has sea views, and a great view of the cricket pitch and beach beyond.
