Résidences de vacances à Biesenthal

« If looking for something to improve, it would be the television amenity. I had difficulties utilizing the apps that were programmed. Outside of that, the staff was helpful with resolving any and all issues or providing assistance I needed. The hotel location was ideal for walking and transit. Lastly, I felt the room design along with the general hotel ambiance, created a vibe that genuinely complemented the downtown Berlin area. »

« The AC did not work during our stay. We reported the issue twice and were promised both times that it would be looked at, but nothing was done. The window could only be opened partially, which provided very little relief. The combination of the heat and poor air circulation made the room unbearable. After the trip, I contacted Expedia about the situation. Unfortunately, the property never responded to the inquiry and did not offer any compensation or attempt to address the issue. »
