This spacious 1,300+ sq ft home features a welcoming living room with a dining table, bar seating, and plenty of comfortable seating. The cozy gas fireplace creates the perfect ambiance for relaxing evenings. Recent renovations include new flooring, light fixtures, furniture, window treatments, and an updated kitchen.

The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including:

- First bedroom (upstairs): king bed and TV

- Third bedroom (downstairs): double/twin bunk bed
- Living room: sleeper sofa

ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES
Smart TVs with streaming apps and fast WiFi are available throughout. Board games and card games provide additional entertainment. Relax in the hot tub or unwind by the cozy gas fireplace. A laundry area with a stackable washer and dryer is also available for convenience.
